Refund policy
Overview
You are eligible for a refund if:
- you exercise your right to withdrawal: you purchased our product online, changed your mind within 14 days and return the product that is sealed / unused;
- you received a defective or damaged product.

Right to withdrawal
If you purchased our product on our website, you have the right to withdrawal, in accordance with EU rules and the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
This means that you can cancel your purchase within 14 days without providing any justification. You need to notify us about your decision by email or by mail.
The 14-day period begins on the day after you or a third party designated by you physically takes possession of the product (including those you receive on a basis of a subscription). If you order multiple products or the product is split into different shipments delivered at different times, the period begins the day after taking possession of the last shipment.
Following your decision to withdraw, you must return the product to us or to the party authorised by us within 14 days after informing us about your decision to withdraw from the contract.
You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product, if not agreed otherwise in writing. You are also liable for any diminishing of value of the product resulting from handling it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and functioning.
We will reimburse all payments you have made – payment for the product and for the return delivery – within 14 days after the day on which you informed us about the decision to withdraw. We reserve the right to wait with issuing the reimbursement until we have received the product from you or you have provided us with proof of the product being returned.
We will refund you via the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
The refund policy does not apply to products unsealed after delivery and hence not suitable for return due to protection of health or hygiene.
Wrong or defective products
Please check your delivery. If the product you ordered is damaged, defective or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at: contact@pirosiro.com. In your message, please provide your order number, at least one photo of the product delivered and describe the issue.
We will evaluate your claim and, if accepted, will offer to either refund it in full or replace it.
