Update: You'd think smaller jars would mean less work, but nope. They were twice the effort. The idea came about because people kept asking for something they could take back home with them. Which was a lovely idea, obviously. I just didn't realise how much extra work I was signing myself up for. And because things weren't complicated enough, we forgot to bring the garlic to the kitchen.
